Since graduating from the Massage Therapy program at MacEwan University in 2010, I’ve been committed to helping people feel their best.

My aim with Stellar Wellness is to create a space where every person can feel more connected to their own body.

I’m a recently graduated registered massage therapist from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy (ACMT). I approach massage with both clinical knowledge and a heart for service. I believe the body is thoughtfully designed and deserving of attentive, respectful care.

My goal is to reduce stress, ease physical tension, and support the body’s natural healing process through thoughtful, individualized treatment.
